Who we are
Amarta Azul is a private villa at Terraputi Residence, Jalan Pura Beji, Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. For any question about your data, write to welcome@amartaazul.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, dates and any requests you provide. When you reach us by WhatsApp or email, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and arrange your stay.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to organise your stay. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Legal basis
We process your personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Our legal bases are the handling of your request — answering you and arranging your stay — and your consent for analytics and advertising.
Analytics and advertising
On amartaazul.com we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools load only with your consent, and you can refuse or withdraw it at any time through the consent banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the providers who help us run this site and reply to you: Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (WhatsApp messaging) and Netlify (hosting of the site and the enquiry form). Each processes the data under its own terms.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Indonesia. We work only with providers that ensure a level of protection equivalent to Indonesian law or appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by Article 56 of Law No. 27 of 2022.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence only for as long as we need it to answer you, to manage your stay and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

No sale of data
We never sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers who help us answer you and prepare your stay.
